As a trailblazer in marine conservation, OARRA, a West Coast Marine Mammal Stranding Network member, actively engages in emergency response for stranded marine animals. Through research, education, and community outreach, OARRA strives to foster a global network of experts, scientists, and passionate individuals united in their commitment to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by ocean life.
