Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services and are getting the most value out of them. Your primary goal will be to train and retain our customers and drive growth through referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with our customers and act as their main point of contact
  • Understand our customers’ needs and goals and help them achieve success through our products and services
  • Onboard new customers and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition to our platform
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that our customers may encounter
  • Monitor customer engagement and usage of our products and services
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to drive growth
  • Conduct regular check-ins and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS company or environmental science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer success software tools
